Skin Retouching Technique
Tried a lot of online tutorials on how to smoothen skin but ended up with plastic looking skin with little or no detail, much like the images you see on badly retouched magazine covers.
Did some experiments on Adobe Photoshop CS4 and finally got the look I was aiming for, nice smoothe skin with the details still intact (hairs, pores and all)
I probably got too carried away with the second image but you get the idea. details on the face can still be recovered or boosted to your own liking.
